INGREDIENTS NEEDED
- Canned biscuits
- Melted butter
- Granulated garlic
- Pepperoni or turkey pepperoni
- Parmesan cheese
- Pizza sauce for dipping
HOW TO MAKE PEPPERONI BISCUIT BITES
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
Place the butter in a large mixing bowl with the granulated garlic; melt the butter in the microwave, then combine with the garlic.
Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces. Cut the pepperoni slices into quarters. Add the biscuit pieces, pepperoni, and Parmesan to the melted butter; toss gently to coat.
Divide the biscuit mixture between the muffin cups.
Bake the biscuit bites, uncovered, on the center oven rack for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked throughout. Cool for 5 minutes.
Serve the biscuit bites at once with the warm pizza sauce on the side for dipping.

You can use any canned biscuits for this recipe. I prefer the biscuits in the 7.5 oz. can because they are smaller, and once cut into pieces, they bake faster in the muffin tin.
Add chopped veggies like green pepper, black olives, mushrooms, and onions to the biscuit bites. Either stir them in when you combine the biscuit bites with the melted butter, Parmesan, and pepperoni, or sprinkle the veggies over the top of the biscuit bites once you’ve portioned them into the muffin tin to bake.
If you prefer, you could substitute chopped ham or cooked sausage for the pepperoni!
The pepperoni biscuit bites can be made ahead by 1-2 hours and baked fresh when you need them.
