It’s definitely October, but here in Los Angeles it feels like summer is never going to end. We’ve suffered another heatwave this week and I am craving a change in the weather. Apple, blackberries and elderberries with a toasted fig leaf caramel flavoured mascarpone frosting. Adorned with caramelised apple slices, elderberries, and of course a bit or dried foliage for extra wow factor.
