In addition, there’s a patriotic holiday we’ll be celebrating too — July 4th.  Therefore, this patriotic word search printable will be a great addition to your festivities.

Patriotic Word Search Printable

Red, white, and blue always pop out to me.  While they may not be my favorite colors on their own, they are magical together.  Those colors represent our country, freedom, and independence.  

Ironically, it’s also my husband’s birthday.  We chuckle over that every year being that he’s from Canada.  Regardless, it’s a double celebration around our house.  And, therefore, I love the holiday even more.

Making memories is something we all need to invest a little more time into.  With computers, phones, and TVs — it’s so easy to lose out on a moment.  Ya know?  For instance, I like to buy goofy hats or glasses for the family to take a selfie in.  And who doesn’t enjoy playing a game or two?  Hmmm?  So, that’s where this word search printable will come in handy. (wink-wink)

For many people, fireworks are the star of the show.  But, as I’ve gotten older, those are my least favorite.  On occasion, I’ll buy a box or two of Pop-Its or sparklers but that’s about it.  Haha.

In addition to the festive word search printable, how about we take a look at a few ways you could put this to good use on July 4th.

• Create a favor bag for all of your July 4th barbecue guests and include a word search. So they can take a piece of the party home.
• Gather the family for an afternoon recess/break.  See who can find all the words the fastest.  Better yet, have the adults compete and then have the kids compete.
• Place one at each setting.  For example, roll it up and tie with some ribbon or twine for some extra fun.
