Over the past couple of years, there has been a running trend of an organizational hack called bullet journaling. People have found success in various areas of their life by mastering this style of journaling. I’ve seen a lot of pins and hacks online for using this type of journal to help you through hard times as well so this is a great time to give it a try!
If you’ve never heard of bullet journaling, it’s like a planner, but you create it basically from scratch to tailor every aspect of your life. You can make it as simple or complex as you want. Even though sitting down and drawing out your planner may sound like a daunting task, it can be incredibly therapeutic. My daughter has enjoyed doing this for a few years now and it really helps her stay focused and feel successful. She has ADHD and this type of journaling has really been wonderful for her. It’s like making a date with yourself to to tap into your creative side, sit down and relax while drawing out your tasks, and staying in tune with your budget, healthy habits, and many other aspects you’d like to focus on.
I’ve got an entire Pinterest board dedicated to this type of creative planner because it’s something I’ve been wanting to try myself. I also am fascinated with the idea of doing this digitally on my iPad so you will see some pins about that as well. Whatever method you choose, there are plenty of great ways to make it even more fun.
I’m loving these free Happy Day stickers, especially the “positive pants” and the one about tacos falling apart. So cute!
These free note stickers could be used in so many great ways!
And I had to include a link to this free movie bingo printable. Perfect activity page for right now!
