Butter, Granulated sugar and milk
Creamy peanut butter – Make sure to get a nice peanut butter that is smooth and creamy. While I do like the appeal of natural peanut butter that you have to mix up before using, that does NOT work well with this kind of recipe.
Pure Vanilla Extract – I’ve said it before and I will say it again…invest in a good quality vanilla extract! It really does make all of the difference in the flavor of your baked goods!
Granola, large chunks crushed
Old fashioned oats
Mini chocolate chips – You can use white chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips, it is totally up to you!

How to make this No Bake Blonde Monster Cookie Recipe
Directions for making this Valentine’s Day M&Ms Cookies Recipe
Add butter and sugar to a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
Add milk and then stir constantly until mixture begins to boil.
Let mixture boil for 30 seconds, while continuing to stir, and remove from heat. Fold in peanut butter and vanilla and mix until peanut butter is completely melted.
Add granola and vanilla and mix well.
Let stand for 5 minutes and mix. Let stand for an additional 5 minutes to begin to cool and mix again.
Fold in chocolate chips. They will melt a bit and that’s fine.
Using a 2 tablespoon portion scoop, scoop mixture into balls and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Press candies into each cookie. Refrigerate covered until ready to serve.
