How to Frame House

Take some vanilla frosting and just shape out the cookie. Then you can ice the top well and decorate with candies. The frosting is going to act like the “glue” for the candy. For the candy canes, you will need to add a dab on one side and then stick it on the cookie. It will then stick and hold its place.

This Christmas cookie printable also acts like a guide. You can see how I did the top to mimic the roof, and then you can ice and decorate the door.

Feel free to let your children join in and create cookies that look so fun and are one-of-a-kind! Add out all the frosting, candies, and more.

Storing Cookies

For these cookies, you can store them at room temperature in an airtight container. Or if you want place them in the fridge. The one thing to remember is these cookies will dry out somewhat quickly so only cook and serve around a day in advance at the most.

You can freeze the cookies as well if you don’t plan to eat them right away. Or want to save them for decorating. Then you can thaw and decorate and enjoy!
