Add cheddar cheese, bacon, almonds, green onions, and mayo in a large mixing bowl.
Mix until thoroughly combined.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serve with crackers or your favorite dippers.
Hint: Don’t add the crackers to your serving tray until you are ready to chow down – they will get stale and no one likes a stale cracker!
